Went back to the download site for the game of thrones mod and downloaded the zipped files for version 1.1 from this link ( ) and downloaded the windows installer again for version 1.1 from this link ( ) Looked up solutions and one said to go into steam and right click on the game and select properties, then change to version 2.3.6. The mod showed up under my selections, tried to play it and it wouldn't work Went to this link ( ) and clicked the red download now button Up to this point the game works fine, haven't had any trouble unless the mod is selected.
I downloaded the normal game with the Charlemagne, Legacy of Rome, The Old Gods, and Way of Life DLCs.
Here's a step by step walk through of what I've tried so far: Since I put some money into the game in order to play this I was wondering if any of you guys had a similar problem and could help? However, since I've set it up the game crashes whenever I try to play the mod and the solutions I've looked up on this subreddit and on other sites haven't worked. So I downloaded this game from steam a few weeks ago, and pretty much my only reason for doing so was to play the game of thrones mod.
